Nutty Waffles
2/3 cups almonds or cashews
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened coconut (fine)
4 dates
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
4 cups water
Whiz first six ingredients in about half the water, then add remaining water. Bake in hot waffle iron for 8-10 minutes. Dont peek! Makes 3 large waffles.
