Linda's Apricot Raisin Bread
1 C. warm water
3 T. yeast
½ cup dates
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup walnuts
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dark raisins
2 T. salt
2 cups oatmeal
7 cups whole wheat flour
Combine water and yeast and let stand while mixing the rest of the ingredients. Cook dates in 4 cups water until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Makes soft dough. Spoon into baking pans which have been sprinkled with cornmeal. Let rise to top of pans. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
