Apple-Walnut Breakfast Bars
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup walnuts
1 ½ cups quick rolled oats
¼ cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 ½ cups shredded raw apple

Whiz orange juice and ¼ c. walnuts. Combine chopped walnuts and remaining ingredients. Press together and let stand 10 minutes. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Press mixture into 8” x 8” baking dish. Bake at 375 until lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Loosen with spatula, cut in bars while warm.
